The location is great and stunning, 1 mile from an Oak street. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located down the main shopping street to the River. The breakfast has excellent options with both healthy options and super large portions, as example.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Chicago. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were well-trained. Had an excellent breakfast with both hearty options, super large portions. The location was absolutely ideal and top for walking around a skyscraper observation deck. It was located in a very very nice area just next door to a simply wonderful restaurant and Chicago for business mid June, a characterful base for me. The pool was nice and I had excellent drinks in the lobby bar.

It made our trip to Chicago a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing friendly, the breakfast was excellent with plenty offood. The service was IMPECCABLE throughout our stay. Also, location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from an Oak street.

The view from king room was nice! The location was marvellous, for example, an Oak street was within easy walking distance of the hotel. The check-in was fast, we really enjoyed lobby bar.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered outstanding dishes. The staff were proactive and knowledgeable, everything was very good. The location of the hotel was stunning and lovely - within a close distance from London Guarantee Building.

I had a fascinating stay at the Four Seasons. The spacious and elegant suite was filled with natural light from the windows, creating a bright atmosphere. The professional and helpful staff were always smiling and made us feel welcome. Despite one recommendation to renovate the lobby, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous experience.

Poor beds. You would think a Hotel of this quality would have really good beds. Not so. We booked reservations for Brunch, $80.00 per person, and two of us got food poisioning. The food and beverage manager told me I had the flu. I did not have the flu, trust me. Two of us started vomiting almost at the same exact time shortly after brunch.

Nothing special. Not worth the extra money. Bed and pillows to soft and not comfortable. Booked a suite and it was tiny.
